Approximately adjusted from Jake Adelstein’s diary, Tokyo Vice: An American Reporter On The Police Beat In Japan, the wrongdoing thrill follows the beginning of Adelstein (Ansel Elgort) on the police beat of Japan’s biggest fictitious paper, Meicho Shimbun.
